Caserin
The men of the Caserich Isles have a long history of living in close proximity to, or under the boot of the Fey, and their King Oberon. As a result of this proximity, they rank among the most distrusted among Humanity. Much of their diplomacy is tied to the Gallarians to the east on the Mainland.
They were liberated from Oberon with the help of Abban Taggart and his host comprising veteran warriors and Gallarians, leading to the creation of the Sleigh Beggie and their short-lived empire.
