Summary

  • Physical Description: Broad-shouldered and round-faced, with carefully cropped and stylized moustaches. Typically blonde and blue-eyed, with pale skin that turns bright red when angered. They commonly have large amounts of tattoos symbolizing hunts or major life events.
  • Personality: Determined and rambunctious, enjoying song and merriment, and making exemplary, unflinching warriors. They are prone to rage and a quick temper. Their culture is family-focused, and an Yggran's worth is their martial ability. They keep score of the number of Elves they have killed.
  • Lands: They once ruled the western Gigan Yggrad mountain range and its neighboring regions to the west, but lost it to the Drachmari and Bronn alike after several crippling losses. They now occupy small townships in Mord or are otherwise spread throughout the world as sell-swords and traders - ironically becoming largely influenced by Drachmari culture in the process.
  • Relations: The Bronn are their hated enemies, whom they kill wherever found. They rarely travel with non-humans and look down on most other humans, gravitating toward Codorans for their shared disdain for non-humans. Some specialize in troll-hunting for sport.
  • Alignment: True Neutral, caring for themselves and their kin above all else.
  • Religion: Follow a bastardized form of Ferrosianism that focuses on worshipping Grigori, integrating their own folklore and folk heroes to justify monster hunting and elicit aid from the Iron See.
  • Language: Speak Yggran, their own tongue.
