Ulgrith

Ulgrith, or as it was known in the days of Old Krotoa, Ur-grelth was a city originally thought to have been built by the Novisi to some level.

The city boasted both an extensive undercity (primarily ruled by the Dwarven Empire), and an above-world city-state inhabited by Humans. Ancient texts recant the days of when it was a cultural center, most notable for its ancient floating castles and glorious arts and philosophies.
